Our cloud runs on Open Compute hardware in our Dallas data centers, load balanced across the U.S. Sanapptx is the support and operations team for Smart Cloud Solutions, an Open Compute provider running SmartOS and Triton. Both are part of Sovren Technologies. We built our storage platform on commodity hardware, and Dell named us to its Founder's 50 Club in the program's first year, 2014.

Security sits inside operations
The engineers who run your network also run your security, so a finding goes to the team that can fix it. Our NOC watches your network around the clock, and we rank vulnerability scans critical to low, run network, web app, and social engineering tests, and train staff with phishing simulations. We support HIPAA, PCI, FINRA, and CJIS requirements with encryption, backup retention, access control, and testing.

What does it mean that you own your infrastructure?
Our cloud runs on Open Compute hardware we operate in Dallas, not on capacity rented from AWS, Azure, or Google. We control the hardware, the encryption, and the backups, and we don't pay a hyperscaler's margin, which is how we run at about 50% of the cost of AWS or IBM.
Can you work alongside our internal IT person?
Yes. With co-managed IT, your team stays in charge and we handle tickets, after-hours support, and network monitoring.
How fast can you recover our systems after an outage?
Our backup service publishes a 60-minute recovery time, with up to 24 restore points per day kept across 3 backup sites.
Do you only work with companies in Texas?
No. We're based in Plano, TX, and support 3,000+ devices nationwide. The help desk and NOC are remote-first, and we come on site when a problem needs hands.
Do we have to move everything to your cloud?
No. We also manage workloads in Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365, and move workloads to our cloud only where the cost or control makes sense.
